Carrington Pre-school, established in 1975, is situated within Carrington Infant School, Flackwell Heath. The Pre-school is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation & although independent of Carrington Infant School, we strive to maintain an excellent,& mutually beneficial relationship. The Pre-school is heated, light & airy & decorated to appeal to young children. There is a pleasant cloakroom with child-level coat hooks, wash basins & toilets. The outside play area includes an adventure playground with safety flooring, sandpit, playhouse, mud kitchen, secure fencing, shady trees, a perimeter pavement & a resilient safety surface. We also have visits to Carrington Infants' Forest School area where the children can explore. We aim to provide a safe, caring & stimulating environment in which children can develop social, intellectual, emotional & physical skills. Our emphasis is on 'LEARNING THROUGH PLAY' - While children are playing, they are learning too!
