The Parish covers Flackwell Heath, Loudwater and Tylers Green. In Flackwell Heath the Council manages the Straight Bit Recreation Ground, the Green Dragon Lane Sports Field and the Oakwood Play Area. There are some amenity areas such as the Library site, beside the Community Centre and the Orchard Green Amenity Area at the top of Chapman Lane. The Council provides footway lighting and some bus shelters. Cemeteries are provided in Loudwater and Tylers Green.

The Council comments on Planning Applications and although not directly responsible, takes up highway and police issues. A considerable amount of liaison takes place with local organisations, Wycombe District Council and Bucks County Council about all manner of subjects.

The agendas for meetings are available at Flackwell Heath Library as well as the Council Office.
